Get It Dismissed or We Pay Your Fines
For select traffic infractions, the firm offers its exclusive Get It Dismissed or We Pay Your Fines program. The case must be in good standing and the offer does not apply to cases with a Failure to Appear status. The firm uses a Double Trial Strategy involving Trial by Declaration and Trial De Novo, and may use court date extensions. If the case is dismissed, there will be no conviction on the driving record and related expenses such as traffic school and court fees will be eliminated. If the firm does not succeed, it may assume responsibility for paying the court fines, or, if eligible and approved, request online traffic school. Administrative court fees and traffic school fees remain the client's responsibility. Each case is assessed individually and a quote is provided after reviewing a clear photo of the citation, arrest documents, or relevant paperwork.
