Grounding Sound Reset

A customized guided mindfulness practice before an appointment, using breath and sound to help regulate the nervous system. Sessions include a 15-minute guided mindfulness meditation with a short sound bath, or expanded 30, 45-minute, or full hour-long sessions that layer in breathwork and sound. Available on-site or virtually for weddings, presentations, photo shoots, performances, and other public appearances. Pricing is customized based on the session chosen.
