Online or face-to-face weekly therapy is offered on a short or long-term basis for adults, young people and children aged 10 and over. Flexible hours are available. Therapy includes counselling and specialist techniques such as EMDR, NLP, EFT and elements of hypnosis. A free 20-minute telephone call is available to discuss questions and appointments.

Single Session Trauma Therapy

A 2 to 3 hour single session therapy service for people who have experienced a traumatic event and developed PTSD. A combination of trauma techniques is used to help clients become emotionally detached from the chosen event. A free 20-minute telephone call is available to discuss questions and appointments.
