Typically this is the first session with the psychiatrist. This does not include talk therapy. A 45-minute evaluation costs $300 cash pay.

Solution-Focused Therapy is a short-term series lasting 6-8 sessions. Psychodynamic or CBT is long-term for consistent attention across multiple areas. 30 minutes costs $200 cash pay, or 45 minutes costs $250.
