A cash investment is required for refinance transactions, and the credit review requires a signed credit application and personal financial statement, two years of personal and business tax returns, two months of personal and business bank statements, a complete profit and loss statement, a signed or draft purchase agreement, a copy of the existing premises lease or deed, and valid photo ID.
