Post Pregnancy Heart Health Workshop

Attend this online workshop to learn what your pregnancy history can mean for you and what you can do to support a healthy heart after pregnancy. Delivered by a nurse educator, dietitian, social worker and family physician, the workshop includes educational materials and time for questions and answers. Designed for people who are currently pregnant or up to 18 months postpartum. The workshop will not be recorded to protect participant privacy. Open to all people with a history of high blood pressure during pregnancy.

Healthy Heart, Healthy You

An interactive virtual group class led by a Registered Dietitian for SAFHT patients and people in the community. Learn about lifestyle and dietary changes for managing cholesterol, blood pressure and heart health, including how nutrients, dietary patterns and lifestyle modifications affect lipids and heart health.
