Fees for therapy are available on request and vary from £110 to £200 depending on your insurance provider, as each insurance company sets its own fee structure. Self-funding clients are welcome.

ADHD Assessment

Specialist ADHD assessments and diagnosis based on DSM-V and ICD-11 diagnostic criteria. The assessment takes approximately 2 hours and includes an extensive, structured clinical interview and comprehensive questionnaires. A report with clear recommendations for treatment, support and next steps is sent within 2 weeks of the appointment, although the outcome can often be given verbally at the end of the session.

Psychological therapy appointments are usually held weekly or fortnightly, with each appointment lasting approximately 55 minutes. Frequency can be flexible to accommodate individual needs. Short-term therapy is available from 6 to 20 sessions, as well as open-ended therapy, with work arranged in blocks of 6 sessions for regular progress reviews.
