MD² Concierge Medicine Membership

The all-inclusive monthly fee is $2,333 for an individual. Family members can be added at an additional cost. MD² does not bill insurance or Medicare. The fee provides absolute, unlimited access to your physician and their physician partner and covers all care and services provided by the office, including an extensive annual physical, unlimited visits, house and workplace calls, x-rays, routine lab tests, and diagnostics indicated by your age, health, and conditioning status. There is no obligation on your part and services can be canceled at any time without financial commitment.
