Docklands Outreach provides free, confidential and impartial practical and therapeutic support, including information, advice, psychosocial support, counselling, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, parenting support, community connector support, workshops, discussion groups, and street and community outreach. Support is available for children aged 2 to 13 and young people aged 12 to 25, subject to eligibility and service criteria. Docklands Outreach is not a crisis service, and the average wait time is around 3 to 4 months from receiving the completed form.
