Yoga & Brunch Club with Cassie

A 60 to 75-minute breath-led, spring-inspired yoga session combining meditation, breathwork and fluid movement, followed by brunch with tea and coffee. Brunch includes a choice of Greek or coconut yoghurt with granola and seasonal berries, plus fresh pastries. All levels are welcome. Spa facilities can be added for 3 hours at a special price of £30. The event takes place on Sunday 23 August 2026 from 09:00 to 11:00. Tickets cost £15 for members and £20 for non-members. Spaces are limited. Booking and pre-payment are required. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Mother & Daughter Wellness Escape

A relaxing spa experience for mums and daughters aged 14 to 17, who must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Choose a morning visit from 09:00 to 13:00 or an afternoon visit from 14:00 to 18:00. Includes welcome juice, a 25-minute Caudalie Express Facial in the VIP Suite, use of the facilities, robe, towels, slippers and a complimentary self-heating eye mask. Guests must be aged 15 or over to use the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Available Monday to Thursday for £79 per person. Available to purchase until 13 September 2026 and must be taken by 13 September 2026. Spa days are non-refundable and non-transferable.
