Personal cancellations or postponements are not allowed on the day of use, and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Cancellations two days before use are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations one day before use incur a 50% penalty. Lessons may be postponed or refunded due to severe weather, including typhoon warnings, typhoon alerts, storm warnings, or conditions judged unsuitable by the head coach. Rain alone does not cause cancellation or postponement.
