Optional extras designed to bring more enjoyment, connection and comfort to residents' days. Services include weekday Concierge support for daily activities and social connection, a dining upgrade with wider meal choices and drinks across lunch and dinner, monthly pamper sessions, fortnightly high tea, monthly bus outings and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Residents can take individual services or choose from four packages: Platinum, Gold, Premier Dining and a package for Supported Residents. Services can be added, switched, paused or opted out of at any time.
