CoSto Digital Coaching Programme

Free, personalised digital coaching for independent Paris-based artisans and shopkeepers with a physical shop, workshop or gallery where they receive customers. Coaching lasts 3 months and is provided by a student trained in digital marketing and communication, who visits the shop. Support can include analysing current online presence, developing a digital strategy, setting up social media, websites, emailing platforms or graphic design software, creating web content, improving local and organic search visibility, and training in digital tools. The programme is adapted to the participant's level and needs. Costs for equipment, software, digital service subscriptions and hosting required to develop the business's online presence are payable by the shopkeeper. Franchised businesses, businesses located outside Paris and businesses operating exclusively online are not eligible.
