CorArtist, Entrepreneur, Marketing Guru, Talent Acquisition and Business Development Expert for Technology, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients. I was born and raised in New Delhi, INDIA and moved to New York City at a young age. After living and working in NYC for 22 years, I moved to Philadelphia/ Lansdale area for 3 years and recently moved to Boston end of 2015. I get the love for photography from my father who was a staff photographer for the Indian Army in New Delhi and I used to develop photos in a darkroom since I was 7 years old. Both of my mom's brothers were also into advertising photography, graphic design and printing in NYC for 3 decades and they taught me well. But it was only after shooting a Dire Straits concert at Madison Square Garden and looking at the photos I fell in love with photography. They say anything is fun if you don't have to make a living at it and I shot my best work when I was barely learning to use the camera. My day job is within technology and healthcare staffing helping clients find the finest talent in the industry. I am also the founder of www.americanhealthcare.info providing latest news, trends and innovations within healthcare industry. I volunteer for non-profit organizations as a photojournalist all across the world and some of my assignments were for American Red Cross, SAKHI NYC, SUS NYC, WOAR Philly, Nanubhai Foundation NYC, Sankara Eye Foundation NYC Chapter, Bhartiya Temple North Wales, Siddhivinayak Temple of Toms River NJ. More recently for BU ASDA, Special Olympics MA, Casa Myrna, NMSDC and Polish Club of South Boston I am working on multiple personal book projects such as Dollar a Day, photographing kids in third world countries who earn under $1/ day. I have photographed Advertising, Lifestyle, Corporate and Editorial Projects for Fortune 500 clients. Specializing in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry. Partial client list includes MTV, AIG, Deliotte, Colangelo Synergy Marketing (Art Director: Marc Vasquez), Diageo, Guinness Beer, Schick Razor, EXL Service, Pfizer, Medtronics. I used to shoot weddings professionally on weekends but now I shoot them only for friends or family. I also mentor young photographers not in the "how-to's" of gear/tricks but rather how to turn your hobby into a business, marketing, pricing and sales techniques. As a teenager I used to assist Godfathers of photography industry such as Peter B. Kaplan, Eric Meola, Charlie Samuels, Hashi, Susumo Sato, Bob Day, Erik Landsburg (Photography Head,Museum of Modern Art NYC).
