Casual Trial Lesson

One casual trial lesson is available to non-school students from the wider community for school term programs only, subject to class availability. The lesson is charged at a casual class rate. Casual trial lessons have been suspended for the time being due to COVID safety measures.

Rhythmic Gymnastics Foundation Classes

Foundation classes introduce students to the foundations of Rhythmic Gymnastics, developing body control and apparatus coordination. Students may perform in displays, open classes and the annual end of year concert. Classes are available for Beginner, Junior and Intermediate students during school terms.

Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition Classes

Competition stream classes are based on the FIG and Gymnastics Australia National Levels Program. Students refine body and apparatus skills for invitational, state and national competitions, and perform in displays, open classes and the annual end of year concert. Entry is by invitation or selection only and requires a full year commitment.
