Citibank offers a waiver on cheque processing fees for customers aged 60 years and above. The waiver applies to cheques denominated in SGD and USD and is valid until further notice. The waiver is not available to customers aged below 60 years.

Revised Wealth Centre Operating Hours

Effective 2 January 2026, Citigold and Citigold Private Client Centre at Asia Square Tower 1, Level 21 is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Citi Wealth Centres at One Holland Village, Parkway Parade and Citi Wealth Hub are open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm, Saturday from 9:30am to 12:00pm, and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Walk-in clients will be issued queue numbers upon arrival, but issuance may conclude ahead of closure time depending on the queue situation. Only cash services are available for International Personal Bank clients.

ATM and Cash Deposit Machine Closures

ATMs and cash deposit machines at selected locations will be permanently closed from August 2026 to November 2026. Affected locations include Kent Ridge MRT from 20 August 2026, Serangoon MRT from 21 August 2026, Holland Village MRT from 25 August 2026, Bishan MRT from 27 August 2026, Commonwealth MRT from 1 September 2026, Clementi MRT from 4 September 2026, Jurong East MRT from 10 September 2026, Kallang MRT from 17 September 2026, Toa Payoh MRT from 24 September 2026, Pioneer MRT from 29 September 2026, Khatib MRT from 1 October 2026, Lavender MRT from 8 October 2026, Sembawang MRT from 13 October 2026, Marsiling MRT from 15 October 2026, Newton MRT from 22 October 2026, Tanah Merah MRT from 27 October 2026, and Yio Chu Kang MRT from 5 November 2026. Other ATM and cash deposit machine locations remain available.

Effective 24 August 2026, Quick Cheque collection will change to one daily collection at 1:00pm. To ensure your cheque is collected on the same business day, please deposit it before 1:00pm.
