The first session includes a 10 to 15 minute medical consultation to identify which parts of the feet need the most attention, followed by a one-hour reflexology treatment. The session ends with a discussion of any imbalances found, plus a treatment plan and aftercare. The total treatment lasts 75 minutes and costs £80.

Reflexology treatments are available at the treatment room at Lumi Power Yoga in Hammersmith. Sessions are performed on the feet and lower legs, with pressure tailored to suit each client. The first appointment includes a medical consultation, a one-hour treatment, discussion of findings and treatment plan or aftercare. Follow-up treatments last one hour. Mobile house visits are also available.
