Tuesday to Friday Walk-In Service

The Charlie Service Center accepts all transactions Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Services include requesting a reduced fare CharlieCard, replacing a lost, expired, or damaged card, making deposits to RIDE accounts, and connecting reduced fare benefits to a contactless payment method.

Appointments are required on Mondays from 8:30 AM to 12:15 PM. Limited appointments are available for reduced fare program services, including applications for new or renewed Senior, TAP, or Blind Access CharlieCards, income-eligible reduced fare CharlieCards, and automatically eligible TAP CharlieCards.
