Chen, the first Chinese American to achieve the rank of Major General in the U.S. Army, as he discusses his forthcoming book on leadership lessons drawn from Asia. Drawing on three decades of military service, including his pivotal role in developing the PAC-3 missile interceptor and commanding during Operation Desert Storm, Major General Chen will reflect on how cross-cultural perspective and innovation define effective leadership.
