Business management simulation game in French or English covering the interdependence of company functions and the fundamentals of corporate finance. In groups of 3 to 5, participants develop a strategic plan, understand the financial dynamics of a competitive strategy and design a management system. They make strategy, R&D and marketing decisions, manage financial balance, optimise the offer, define performance measures and compete using a dashboard comparing market, customer and financial performance.

Business management simulation in French, English or Chinese, based on the Renault-Nissan merger. Participants enter a changing industrial environment and the global automotive market. The game offers an innovative format, has been successfully used in leading schools, and can be integrated into a management curriculum alongside theoretical courses. Support includes trainer training in Paris or on site, online technical support during the game, and possible discovery sessions for interested management school professors.

Players learn to manage unexpected events, handle customer volatility under uncertainty, calculate and analyse KPIs, calculate KPIs over a budget year, analyse changes in key performance indicators and make recommendations to improve each KPI.

CREANOV: Creativity and Innovation

An educational game, available in French or English, about generating and selecting innovation opportunities within a limited time. It provides a simplified and playful introduction to the creativity method of fundamental schemes, based on decomposing and recomposing a product or service. The game has received the CIDEGEF-FNEGE 2018 award for educational innovation in management sciences and the special 2016 jury prize in Grenoble EM's educational innovation competition.
