Hypnosis
A complementary method used alongside the practitioner's professional psychological approaches. Through an attentional process involving imagination, hypnosis helps people revisit their perception of reality, reduce the impact of symptoms, develop new behaviours and distance themselves from the source of suffering.

Imago Relationship Therapy
A relationship-based therapy for couples that views the relationship itself as the therapy. It provides relational tools, practices, specific exercises and theoretical teaching to transform childhood adaptation patterns into conscious relational growth. Through intentional dialogue and mutual presence, couples work toward moving from conflict to connection and repair.
ViewOffer
Somatic Experiencing
An approach to the physical and psychological symptoms of stress, shock and trauma. It works with the physical trace of an event in the nervous system rather than the situation itself, supporting the re-regulation of instinctive fight, flight and freeze responses through awareness of the autonomic nervous system.
ViewOffer
Compassion Focused Therapy
An integrated psychotherapy developed by Professor Paul Gilbert, combining cognitive behavioural therapies, mindfulness, compassion, attachment theory and neuroscience. It focuses on developing the emotional regulation system linked to soothing and affiliation, helping people develop self-soothing, self-compassion, a sense of safety and a kinder relationship with themselves.
ViewOffer
Cognitive, Behavioural and Emotional Therapies
A group of methods and techniques based on the relationship between thoughts, emotions and behaviours. These therapies address psychological difficulties through learning new behaviours and new ways of thinking, feeling and acting, including approaches involving metacognition, acceptance, attention, mindfulness, emotions and the therapeutic relationship.
ViewOffer
Brainspotting
A therapeutic approach using the visual field and emotions to access deep brain areas where traumatic experiences are recorded. During a session, the patient describes the problem, notices bodily reactions and identifies a visual spot linked to emotional or physical activation. The patient then focuses on this spot in a mindful way to process the trauma and gain distance from the problem.

TIFT, Trauma Integrating Flow Therapy
A psychobiological approach designed to address the needs of clients suffering from complex trauma and attachment difficulties. The therapy focuses on the client's current survival structure, recreating lost inner flow, orientation and a sense of safety through a secure therapeutic relationship and work within the client's comfort zone.
