Regular follow up sessions provide support towards your goals, using CBT techniques and motivational interviewing, with homework between sessions. Depending on the work, a meal plan may be provided or sessions may work towards intuitive eating. A 50 minute follow up costs £120 and a 30 minute follow up costs £90.
