Canyon Coffee is a Los Angeles-based specialty coffee roaster specializing in organic and Regenerative Organic Certified coffees. Founded in 2016 by couple Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz, they are a wholesale coffee provider, D2C brand and opened their first coffee shop in the Echo Park neighborhood of LA in 2022.
