Tawonga Erev Rosh Hashanah Celebration

Gather with friends and family for a joyful outdoor Rosh Hashanah service featuring traditional prayers, inspiring teachings, spirited singing, and the warmth and ruach of Tawonga gatherings. This family-friendly celebration is open to people of all ages. The service includes music and concludes with a community shofar blast to welcome the new year. Bring a picnic blanket or low-back lawn chairs, comfortable layered clothing and shoes, and optionally a picnic for a pre-fast meal. Please leave pets at home.

Kol Nidre Service

Join Tawongans and friends in 5th grade and up for an annual Kol Nidre Service, a meaningful and musical gathering offering prayer, reflection, learning, and community connection as Yom Kippur begins. Participants are welcome to wear white, symbolizing renewal and introspection. Bring a picnic blanket or low-back lawn chairs, comfortable layered clothing and shoes, and optionally a picnic for a pre-fast meal. Please leave pets at home.
