A 90 minute Yin Yoga class combining restorative Yin Yoga shapes with Shiatsu touch, including acupressure points, holding and massage. Yin postures are held for 4 to 5 minutes, with Shiatsu Therapists providing short bodywork sessions to support meridian opening. The meridian-focused sequences are inspired by the energetics of the seasons. All abilities and bodies are welcome. Please arrive a few minutes early.
