Bagel Classes

Learn to make sourdough bagels in a hands-on, informative and relaxed baking class. Learn about the science of bread, caring for a starter, and how to mix, roll, boil and bake bagels. The class also includes a simple loaf recipe, refreshments, a recipe pack, a dough scraper, freshly baked bagels, dough to take home and sourdough starter. Please arrive between 18:15 and 18:30 so the class can start on time. Cancellations are accepted up to one week before the class. Classes run on Thursday nights.
