A 6-month foundations program covering mindset and buy box, red flags and title or encumbrances, LOI and contract discipline, underwriting and sensitivities, due diligence, and rehab or capex control. The program does not include the lender-ready package, capstone, or advanced modules. Tuition is $6,000, with financing available. Capacity is 250 students.
