1,000 Books Before School

A free Canterbury-Bankstown Libraries program for children aged 0 to 6 that encourages parents to read regularly with their child before school. Register at a local library, collect a reading log and starter kit, and record books read in any language through the app or reading log. Children collect a library bag and badges for every 100 books, then receive a certificate and prize pack when they start school or reach 1,000 books, whichever comes first.
