Hours and details
the Pass Plus course is a practical training programme designed to help new drivers become safer and more confident on the road. It includes motorway driving as one of its six modules, so you’ll get supervised experience there with an approved instructor. The full six modules cover: Driving in town All-weather driving Driving on rural roads Night driving Driving on dual carriageways Driving on motorways It takes at least six hours in total and must be done with a Pass Plus–registered Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). There’s no exam—you’re assessed as you go. Completing it can also sometimes help reduce your car insurance premium, depending on your insurer
