A focused, evidence-based trauma therapy program for people experiencing PTSD or Complex PTSD, or those who feel stuck in previous therapies. Treatment is conducted over 3 to 8 days across 1 to 2 weeks, with two therapy sessions of around 1.5 hours each day, predominantly using EMDR 2.0. Physical exercise is incorporated between sessions, followed by a final integration and follow-up session. Treatment is usually conducted in person, with online formats available.
