Access to Recovery (ATR)
A recovery-based program for individuals in early recovery from a substance use disorder. Participants receive care coordination, job training, and supportive services designed to help them reach personalized recovery goals, with an emphasis on addressing barriers to employment. Supportive services may include transportation support, clothing, or IDS needed to achieve recovery goals, plus job readiness and ongoing job training or employment support. Eligibility requires participants to be at least 18 years old, in early recovery for 3 months to 2 years, engaged in services with and referred by an approved referral partner, and living or planning to live within six months in Boston, Lowell, New Bedford, Springfield, Holyoke, or Worcester.
