For transactions involving a service dependent on the period of use, such as rent, lease or heritable building rights, the commission is the equivalent of three monthly amounts plus the statutory VAT, currently 19%. If the billing period differs, the commission is calculated by conversion from the basic term of the usage contract. For combined acquisition and usage transactions, commissions are calculated proportionally for each part of the service.

Property purchase brokerage commission

For the purchase or other acquisition of a property, the customer commission is 7.14% of the purchase price plus the statutory VAT, currently 19%. The commission is due when the documented or brokered transaction is concluded. Where ARTE acts for both seller and buyer, each bears half of the commission.
