Open-ended individual art therapy sessions for adults, shaped around each person's needs. Sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly and provide space to work through thoughts and emotions over time with support from a qualified art psychotherapist.

Guided Drawing Single Session

A one-off, non-verbal, body-focused approach to trauma exploration using a variety of art materials and bilateral drawing. The session is available one-to-one for around 60 minutes or in a group setting for around 90 minutes.

A one-off, body-focused session practised with eyes closed. Physical interaction with clay creates a feedback loop exploring movement, tactile awareness and posture while promoting self-healing. One-to-one only.
