A $125 set menu with matched wines, including crostini with stracciatella and fennel jam, confit duck croquette with cacio e pepe, lemon sorbet, pumpkin and ricotta ravioli with burnt butter and sage, Jacob's Creek sirloin with charred onion, cavolo nero and peppercorn jus, and dark chocolate mousse with raspberry sorbet and pistachio.
