Yoga for Resilience

A free community yoga session at the Hyatt Canberra gardens, or inside during winter. Run in partnership with The Healthy Tradie Project, the session includes gentle movement and breathing, tea straight after, and coffee to follow at the Hyatt. Suitable for all abilities. Bring a mat if you can, with a few spares available.

Join us for a relaxed social trail run through Stromlo Forest Park. Everyone is welcome, whether you're new to trail running or have plenty of experience. We'll keep the group together and make sure no one is left behind. After the run, we'll head to Two Before Ten, Denman for coffee and breakfast.

Father’s Day Feast at Frankies

Join us at Frankies this Father's Day for an afternoon of food, music and fun. Lawn games from 2:00 pm, a Running for Resilience walk with Dad at 3:00 pm, live music from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, a feast of slow cooked meats, and lucky door prizes and Frankies packs to be won. Everyone is welcome, whether you're joining the walk or just coming along for the afternoon.

Hey, I'm Not OK with Andrew Logan

R U OK? Day special event featuring a conversation about supporting boys and young men before they reach crisis. The session explores warning signs and risk factors for suicide in boys and young men, recognising when someone may be struggling, practical ways to start conversations and provide support, and what parents can do before a situation becomes a crisis. Suitable for parents, grandparents, teachers, coaches and anyone who cares about young people. Held at Local Press Café, next to The Dock at Kingston Foreshore.

ReBoot in Bermagui

Sat, 3 Oct

An activity-packed weekend welcoming locals and visitors, featuring fun and trail runs, ocean swims, a road bike ride and other mostly free activities for all ages and abilities. The 2026 programme includes the inaugural Half-Marathon Trail Run and 10km town run. Registered ReBooters receive a free healthy breakfast at Bermagui Surf Lifesaving Club on Sunday morning from 08:00 to 10:30.
