Arbitra offers fixed fee mediation packages for civil and commercial disputes, available as half day mediations lasting 4 hours or full day mediations lasting 8 hours. Fees are split equally between the parties and vary according to claim value. Packages include 2 or 4 hours of reading in, depending on the mediation length, and can be held in person or virtually. Additional preparation or time beyond 8 hours is charged at an hourly rate. Incurred expenses and VAT where applicable are additional, and Arbitra reserves the right to review the fee if the dispute is larger than notified. Mediations cover sectors including construction, engineering, infrastructure, banking, finance, insurance, energy, technology, employment, professional negligence and other civil and commercial disputes.
