A three-day in-person foundations training in transformative breathwork. Learn Conscious Connected Breathing, session structure, trauma-sensitive support, contraindications and safety, emotional integration, holding a safe space, and post-session integration. The weekend combines theory, intensive personal experience, practical facilitation exercises, and integration in a small group. It is suitable for yoga teachers, coaches, therapists, breathwork practitioners, health professionals, facilitators, and anyone wanting to learn and apply transformative breathwork responsibly. The training is followed by a three-month online integration and certification program with fortnightly live sessions, practice tasks, supervision, feedback, and additional learning materials.
