In Touch: Unfurling the Pelvic Floor

A Zoom event for women featuring female nervous system education and pelvic floor practices. The session includes 30 minutes on the methodology, 30 minutes on the pelvis, and 30 minutes for sharing and questions. Practitioners are welcome to share the tools in their own practice, and attendees can receive resources for continued daily practice. The event is by donation. To book, email with your name and the event name. Recommended donations are €7, €15 or €45.
