This 8 week closed group will consist of 5-7 women in their mid-twenties. The group will meet weekly to cultivate closeness and learn skills for managing depression. Members will learn to identify triggers and how they manifest, differentiate between sadness and depression, practice skills to manage depression, cultivate self acceptance, and gain support, care, connection and empathy.
