Individual psychological consultations for adults, including an initial 50-minute consultation and follow-up consultations. The practitioner offers one-time support or longer-term psychotherapy, using an integrative approach that includes analytical therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and humanistic, positive, and existential psychology. Consultations are available in English and French. Appointments are available on Fridays from 14:00 to 20:00.
