Optional services

Additional chargeable services can be booked once, seasonally or regularly according to need. The offer includes breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner in the restaurant, meal delivery to the apartment, catering for celebrations, supermarket ordering and delivery, housekeeping such as apartment and window cleaning, laundry and ironing, flower and plant care during absences, support with private celebrations, accompaniment for shopping and medical appointments, and cultural and theatre services. Basic service

The monthly service charge includes a 24-hour emergency call system, reception staffed from 9:00 to 18:00, organisation of social and cultural activities, a monthly changing events programme, everyday assistance from trained residence staff, free support in the apartment for up to 14 days per year in case of minor illness, arranging external services, a free pharmacy delivery service, minor repairs by the caretaker, free use of the club area, wellness area and other communal spaces, and priority admission to the on-site inpatient care facility when required. Costs of daily living are not included.
