A free call of around 20 minutes, with no obligation to go further. It is an opportunity to meet, discuss what brings you to therapy and get a sense of whether working together feels right. If it feels like a fit, a first session can be arranged during the call, or you can take a few days to consider it.

Appointments are available by appointment, with early morning appointments available. Sessions are also available online at other times through the week.
