Closure-related refund

If the establishment is fully or partially closed during the school year for more than one month, or if at least four weeks of classes are suspended, affected users may receive a refund pro rata for the classes maintained.

Pro-rata withdrawal exception

Between 1 October and 31 December 2026, withdrawal or resignation may be billed pro rata for the weeks of classes completed in cases of illness, moving home or another major personal circumstance that could not have been anticipated and prevents the student from completing the school year. The establishment must be informed in writing before 31 December 2026 and supporting documents must be provided.

Non-resident surcharge

For non-Parisians, Ateliers Beaux-Arts fees are increased by 25%. Annual registration fees are due for the entire school year, regardless of the date of joining, and are calculated according to the student's or legal representative's family quotient.

Beaux-arts classes

Three-hour art classes for adult amateurs of all levels, covering drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, photography, animation, comics, architecture, collage, art history and choral singing. Classes are held from Monday to Saturday, generally in the evening, with some afternoon and morning sessions. Courses run from mid-September to the end of June, excluding school holidays. Intended for people aged 18 and over, with exemptions possible from age 16 on parental request.
