Student Coaching Package

The 6 Session Student Package is for high school seniors in Grades 11 and 12 who are aged 16 or older. The initial and final coaching sessions include a parent or legal guardian for part of those meetings. The package also includes an additional half-hour initial consultation session. Terms of agreement are the same as the coaching package terms above.

Student Counsellor Supervision Cohort

A structured 10-week cohort for student counsellors in or preparing for practicum, and counsellors early in their clinical work. The program includes 30 or more hours of group supervision, up to 20 hours of practical work between sessions including weekly individual check-in calls, and more than 50 total supervision hours available. Sessions are held weekly with the same group. Cohorts run periodically throughout the year and space is limited.

Individual counselling sessions are 50 minutes, while couples and group sessions are 65 minutes. Sessions are available in person or online.

Coaching Game Plan

Structured coaching packages focus on clarity, decision-making, execution, accountability, and forward movement. Depending on the Game Plan, sessions occur weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Single coaching sessions are not offered.
