Participants form mixed groups from different departments and use a Cortex-designed kit to design a fictitious product together, taking into account the needs and requirements of each unit. Each group presents its product and speech to the other groups, followed by a debrief. Materials are color pencils, pencil and eraser. Duration is 2.5 hours per group. Suitable for everyone.
