Permanent residents of Regional WA, outside the Perth or Peel regions, may be eligible to book a capped fare of $199 or $265 each way when sold as a return ticket to Perth, with flexible fare conditions. All travellers must be permanent residents of Regional WA, must not be flying for work purposes including FIFO, must understand that Zone Cap fares are only sold on a return basis, and must be within the twelve return-trip annual limit. Passengers must make a formal declaration confirming eligibility.
