Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and must be redeemed by their expiry date. Vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.uhaul.com.au or through the Call Centre on 1300 883 075. Only one voucher can be used per hire transaction, a valid credit card number must be provided, and lost, damaged or stolen vouchers will not be reissued. Voucher hires are subject to standard terms and conditions. Dollar value vouchers can be used towards hire and damage waiver costs. Percentage discount vouchers cannot be used to extend a hire, discounts are rounded up to the nearest dollar, and late fees, damage and other additional charges are excluded and charged to the provided credit or debit card.
