Select a PDF voucher and add the HOCHGLANZ UPGRADE to the shopping cart. You will receive a PDF voucher by email immediately after completing your order. The code can be used to book a game, including for a specific game date if you are giving the voucher as a gift. A few days after the order, sometimes up to one or two weeks, you will receive a high-gloss voucher as a Golden Ticket by post, with the same voucher code, a current flyer, and a matching envelope. The venue guarantees sending the voucher the next day, or at the latest the second day after purchase. The voucher is offset against the game amount. If the game price exceeds the voucher value, the customer pays the difference during booking. If the voucher value is higher than the game price, the remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be redeemed for a future booking. Multiple vouchers can be combined. Vouchers are not personal, are valid for 3 years from the end of the year of purchase, and cannot be paid out in cash.
