A welcoming virtual support group for new parents with babies under the age of one. All birthing people and partners or support persons are welcome. The group provides a safe and supportive space to discuss emotional and physical recovery, parenting expectations, lifestyle and relationship changes, finding support and trusting caregivers, sleep, feeding, navigating medical care, and child development. The group begins on August 24, 2026, meets every Monday from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, and costs $125 for 6 sessions. Free for Partnership Healthplan members.
