Video consultation is available for new patients and patients already being followed. It is not suitable for all consultation reasons, generally including children, fever requiring a clinical examination, sports fitness certificates, or trauma. Antibiotic prescriptions will not be issued through video consultation except in an exceptional decision by the doctor. The doctor may ask you to book an in-person appointment if the reason is unsuitable.
